Covid-19 in Arlington Heights contradicts our policies. Covid 19 has no place in omni dental. In recognition of ongoing news reports and the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus, we realize our patients have questions about receiving dental care during this time in Arlington Heights and palatine. As dedicated health care professionals, infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
Our office follows in Arlington Heights, infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
You may notice we do things a little differently when you visit our practice; we made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.
Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
You may see that our waiting room will temporarily suspend beverage service.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We will ask you to contact our office via call or text to notify us of your arrival for your appointment. We will then direct you when it is the appropriate time to enter our office so we can keep social interaction to a minimum.
We ask that you arrive for your appointment wearing a mask or face covering. If you do not have your own, one will be provided for you.
We look forward to welcoming you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions about Covid-19 in Arlington Heights or concerns, please contact our office and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
