The office is at 305 E. Rand Road in Arlington Heights, a short drive from Mount Prospect, Palatine, Prospect Heights and Rolling Meadows. We are open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Every plan starts with an exam and a talk about what you want for your teeth. Dr. Poles explains what he sees, the options that fit and what each one involves. You can ask for a written estimate, take time to think and call us with questions before you decide.
